To use the EPay Online Renewal Payment System, Industry Services license holders must have a current letter saying they are eligible to use EPay for a specific license type. Not all persons or all types of licenses can be renewed through EPay. After finding and verifying license information, a user will go to a USbank Web site to make an electronic payment. - Click "Request Support" in the blue banner at the top of the page.
- Provide complete contact information and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
- Include your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your SSN in the description field, so that we can verify your identity.

- Renew Dwelling Certifications
- Manufactured Homes (Titles, Licenses, and Parks)
- Soil Certifications
- Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) Certifications
- UDC Inspection Agency Registrations
